Quality Control

Assembly-Stage Quality Control for B2B Bathroom Hardware Orders

We confirm parts, assembly, function, appearance, and packing before cartons ship. This runs at our Foshan site, for project, distributor, and OEM / private label orders.

  • ISO 9001 2015 quality management system for hardware manufacturing and sales
  • TÜV Rheinland supplier site audit completed on site
  • 8-Step Assembly-stage control from parts check to packing
  • Salt Spray In-house corrosion testing for selected surface finishes

Certificates and test reports cover specific models, so please check the scope against your product list. For factory-side kitting and export preparation, see Factory & Supply Capability.

QC Approach

Our Assembly-Stage QC Focus

For assembled bathroom hardware, we focus on four practical outcomes. We call this assembly-stage quality control — it covers the steps from parts check to packing for each order.

Correct, Complete Parts

Correct, complete, and acceptable parts for each model — the right components and finishes for the purchase order.

Accurate, Secure Assembly

Accurate, secure assembly without missing installation steps, so units arrive built and ready to fit.

Normal Function

Leaks, stiffness, loose parts, or faulty switching caught when the order requires function checks.

Correct Packing

Accessory packs, labels, and protection suited to transport, matched to your carton and marking requirements.

The Process

Eight Control Steps

The exact checks depend on the product mix and what you confirm at quotation. We adjust the checklist to match your order. These eight steps are the overview.

  1. 01

    Part and model confirmation

Model, finish, and quantity checked against the order. Applies to all categories.

  2. 02

    Surface appearance

Scratches, dents, finish mismatch, and visible defects. Applies to all categories.

  3. 03

    Seals and installation parts

O-rings, gaskets, screws, brackets, and templates present. Faucets, showers, floor drains, commercial fittings.

  4. 04

    Assembly fit and secure check

Handles, bodies, brackets, and connections tightened correctly. Applies to all categories.

  5. 05

    Function and movement

Handles, switches, sliders, sensors, and moving parts. Faucets, showers, floor drains, commercial fittings.

  6. 06

    Leak, flow, and drainage checks

Water test, spray pattern, and drainage action when required. Faucets, showers, floor drains, commercial fittings.

  7. 07

    Final appearance re-check

Post-assembly surface and alignment, so handling marks are caught before packing. Applies to all categories.

  8. 08

    Accessory pack and packing review

Screw packs, labels, inner protection, and carton marks. Applies to all categories.

By Category

QC Focus by Product Category

Each category has its own failure points. We adjust the checklist to match what you order.

Faucets & Taps
  • Model, finish, and surface condition vs order
  • Cartridge, seals, handles, aerator, and hose/spec alignment
  • Hot/cold orientation and handle smoothness when applicable
  • Leak and shut-off checks when function testing is included
Showers
  • Head, hose, rail, bracket, and accessory set matching
  • Spray pattern, switching, and connection points when function checks apply
  • Hose and wall connections reviewed for leaks when tested
  • Install parts and inner protection before carton close
Bathroom Accessories
  • Model, finish, welds, and stability (bars, hooks, holders, shelves)
  • Screw holes, bases, and parallel alignment on multi-bar sets
  • Installation screw packs and templates complete before packing
  • Surface wipe-down and anti-scratch inner pack
Floor Drains
  • Size, material, finish, and cover fit
  • Odor core / mechanism action and seal parts present
  • Drainage path clear; accessories and labels matched to model
Commercial & Public Fittings
  • Model, function, and power/battery config vs order (sensor, delay, flush, dispenser)
  • Sensor reaction, valve action, and leak checks — confirm scope at quotation
  • Install bases, screw packs, and protective packing for plated and electronic surfaces
  • Carton marks reflecting model, quantity, and power specs when applicable

Testing capability

Function, Pressure, and Corrosion Testing

Testing scope is confirmed for each order and product. We do not apply every test to every item — we match checks to the model and market.

  • Water pressure testing. A TรœV Rheinland supplier site audit confirmed this capability at our site. We apply it based on the product and order scope.
  • In-house salt spray testing. For selected surface-finish products, we check corrosion resistance. Ask us whether it applies to your products.
  • Function and sensor checks. Handles, switches, sensors, and valve action are tested when included in the order — especially for electronic and sensor models.

Packing checks

Certificates and Test Report Scope

VeriBath operates under ISO 9001:2015 quality management for hardware manufacturing and sales. This covers our company-level quality system. We have also completed a TรœV Rheinland supplier site audit as a bathroom hardware supplier, confirming our preparation and production steps on site.

We hold SGS, GSO, CE, and REACH reports for specific models. Below is the current scope — send us your list and we will confirm which reports apply:

  • SGS material testing — faucet models C01, L2560
  • GSO water efficiency — models C02C, MB39C (for Gulf markets)
  • CE (EMC) — automatic sensor soap dispensers in the UP/UD series (e.g. UP13, UD10)
  • REACH SVHC — towel rack models GHA22, GHA20S, and GHA36

Send your model list and market requirements early. We will confirm which certificates and reports cover your products before quotation.
